I am an LPC who has had over 20 years of experience in the field. I completed my master’s in science at the University of Kentucky in 2001 and received my license in 2023. At VCU I began as an art major but found my passion in psychology and women’s studies.

My belief is that you are the expert of yourself and that you are a critical part of the treatment team. I will work with you to find ways that fit your unique way of learning and thinking in the therapeutic setting. To meet you where you are regarding life experiences and current needs, I will tailor the process.

I use therapeutic play, expressive therapy, feminist therapy, CBT and more in my work with children, teens and adults. The use of creative activities can help with connecting clients to their feelings, reaching solutions, and understanding.
