You are the expert of yourself, and I would love to guide you in uncovering your inner tools to continue building a life worth living.

 

We each have unique journeys; therefore, I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities – such as dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-focused cognitive therapy, and exposure techniques - to accommodate each individual’s needs.

 

I am passionate about providing gender-affirming, trauma-informed care for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, life adjustments, and the impact of adverse childhood experiences. I want nothing more than for you to feel safe and empowered throughout your healing journey. I would love to walk alongside you.
